Notes:
DYSBIO-M It is a preparation based on plant and nutraceutical extracts of proven effectiveness, associated and combined in the right proportion, able to promote a process of support of gastro-intestinal function. Ha proprietà eubiotiche, rigenerante lo strato di muco gastrointestinale, contrasta l’aumento della permeabilità intestinale, antinfiammatoria intestinale.
Pharmacological dynamics:
The BERBERIS (Berberis aristata DC) contains the Berberine which has experimentally demonstrated to be able to increase the thickness of the hydrogel (mucus layer) present on the surface of enterocytes. This, directly inducing a increased secretion of mucin MUC 2 and the number of Mucipare Goblet Cells. This action is also enhanced by Berberine’s ability to stimulate the intestinal microbiota by promoting the release of acetic and propionic acid which improve the physiology of the mucus. At the same time, berberine increases the expression of the proteins constituting the Tight junctions by counteracting the phenomena of increased intestinal permeability. This effect is also enhanced by a protective action of these junctional systems against LPS (Lipo Poly Saccharides) bacterial and a reduction in the levels of proinflammatory cytokines with a significant gastro-intestinal anti-inflammatory action. Infine, la Berberina aumenta l’abbondanza di specie benefiche come Akkermansia municiphila e Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, essential for the physiology of mucus and enterocytes, promoters of a eubiotic status, and producers of butyric acid and protective agents against type 2 diabetes mellitus, atherosclerosis and other metabolic pathologies. The GUGUL (Commiphora mukul Hook.) contains guggulsterones E and Z which are able to increase the expression of MUC 2 thus producing an increase and improvement of the gastro-intestinal mucus layer. At the same time, these components of Gugul are able to reduce the expression of the oncogenic mucins MUC1, MUC4 and MUC 16. BUTYRIC ACID acts in the intestine by stimulating subepithelial fibroblasts to release prostaglandins E1 and E2. These induce the increased production of MUC2 and Muciparare Caliciform Cells. Consequently, Butyric Acid supports the normal physiology and thickness of the intestinal mucus layer. Increases the expression of the proteins constituting the Tight junctions by counteracting the phenomena of increased intestinal permeability. The extract of the seeds of the MORINGA (Moringa oleifera Lam.) increases mucin secretion, producing an increase in the gastrointestinal mucus layer. Similarly, the active ingredients present in this plant, increase the expression of Occludins and ZO-1 proteins improving the competence of tight junctions. This effect is also enhanced by a protective action of these junctional systems against bacterial LPS and a reduction in the levels of proinflammatory cytokines. with remarkable gastrointestinal anti-inflammatory action.
