Notes on the plan: The hydroalcoholic solution was carried out with the alchemical spagyric method of Solanimus (TSA) which includes all the phases of classical spagyria with the final addition of a specific phase of alchemical philosophy. Spagyria and alchemy have come together to get the best out of the plant. The TSA of Avena sativa is obtained by macerating the seeds, freshly harvested in their balsamic time (July-August), in a solution composed of spagyric alcohol and water, following the Spagyric-Alchemical method of Solanimus. The plant contains starch, vitamin B1, B2 and B6, alkaloids such as gramina that would be able to act as a sedative at the level of the S.N.C. and in this it is helped by triterpene substances (avenacins). In February 1989, a technical sheet on oats was published in Erboristeria Domani, written by M. ROSSI where it was said that the plant thanks to the steroid structure saponosides (nautigenin) is able to act as a polyendocrine stimulant, especially on the thyroid gland and as a stimulant of bile acid synthesis with a significant elimination of cholesterol. Its strong toning activities are due to the presence in the seeds of a principle called avenin, which stimulates the thyroid. The plant is useful for combating fatigue, in convalescence and in mild forms of depression.
